Artemisa was founded in 1990 by four siblings, at a time when there were hardly any vegetarian restaurants in Madrid.
Since then, we have grown while maintaining the same idea: to demonstrate that vegetarian cuisine can be homemade, tasty, varied and capable of bringing everyone together around a table.

In 2016 we took another step and turned Artemisa into a completely gluten-free restaurant, maintaining our vegetarian essence and further expanding our offering.
Since then we have worked to ensure that people with celiac disease can enjoy all our cuisine with peace of mind, without sacrificing flavor or variety.
